Description
The residential complex is located on the Petrovsky island at the bank of the Malaya (Little) Neva river, in the proximity of historical development of the Petrogradkaya Side and the Vasilievsky Island. At the same time, Petrovsky Island itself has no coherent development of its own: it is partly constituted of a green area and partly of a former industrial area, which is now extensively developed.
