Rounded corners of the buildings are accompanied by smooth lines of the five bay windows in one of the volumes. These vibrant transitions of form soften the refined linear design of the large window openings and echo the historic development.

The surrounding architectural environment includes examples of brick industrial architecture of the 19th century, buildings of the Constructivism era of the 1920s-1930s, and industrial architecture of the post-war period. There is a prominent monument of constructivism located close to the design site - a complex of buildings of the knitting factory "Krasnoe Znamya" of 1925-1937 (architects Erich Mendelson, Sergey Ovsyannikov, Hippolyte Pretro, engineer Evgeny Tretyakov).

The origins of brick patterns and neat receding silhouettes can be found in various figurative similarities: the Chilehaus office building in Hamburg (1922-1924, architect Fritz Höger), the Bremer Landesbank Headquarters in Bremen (2011-2016, Caruso St John Architects) and residential buildings in London, such as McGrath Road (2021) and Woodmore Mews (2022) (Peter Barber Architects).
