Contest design, 1st place. Facility under construction
The plot is a part of the preservation area of the Moscow Kremlin ensemble. In the block, Sofia church and other cultural heritage objects are located. Façade solutions were influenced by the unique location of the building. Numerous architectural monuments in the area, historical context, and a view to the Kremlin have together defined both the general approach to the composition of the building and the choice of decorative elements for the façades.
