Description

The Alcon Tower, already going under the name of the «eighth sister» of the seven famous Stalin’s high-rise buildings in Moscow, is being constructed at the intersection of the Moscow Third Ring Road and the Leningradsky prospect. The building shall be 168 m high and accommodate apartments and a business centre. This would be the tallest structure in the Workshop’s portfolio.

The Architectural Council of Moscow award for the Best Architectural and Urban Planning Solution for a Public Facility was given to a facility of the ALCON III multifunctional complex located on the Leningradsky prospect.
