Description

The architects faced a complex task of both meeting the quantity and quality requirements of the social procurement for a new type of accommodation and of creating a new environment for living in the city: an isolated low-storey residential complex of a type more commonly seen in the suburbs.

A Premium Cottage Estate has been Built within the City
Earlier this week in Saint Petersburg the first stage of the construction of a premium cottage condominium was finished, the condominium comprising 24 detached houses and an apartment house with 16 apartments. This is the first project of this kind in the city which has reached its final stage, having been implemented by the Russo-Balt company group. The opening event was attended by Anatoly Sobchak, who expressed gladness for the project success and mentioned that it was this kind of condominiums that the city administration was going to support, Russo-Balt having anticipated its expectations and demands.
